Senior 1st Teams
Selection in a First Team is a privilege and carries a high level of responsibility and commitment. All First Team players are required, in accordance with the Player Attendance Policy, to attend all scheduled trainings and games as set by the Coach. Players are expected to prioritise their First Team commitments and, arrange other activities (e.g. music lessons or external commitments) outside of scheduled trainings and fixtures.
Communication: All players — or parents if a player is unwell — must indicate weekly availability for trainings and games, by speaking to your Coach (or Team Reach if personal communication is not possible) no later than two days prior to the scheduled game.
If a player becomes unwell or is unable to attend on the day of a training session or match, the Coach or Manager must be notified as soon as possible via the TeamReach chat. Timely communication is essential. Coaches rely on accurate attendance information to plan effective training sessions and ensure appropriate team preparation for competition.
Representation and Conduct: First Team players are expected to represent the school at the highest standard, both on and off the field. Players must uphold the school’s values and adhere to the Sports Code of Conduct at all times.
Any breach of these expectations will be managed in accordance with the Sport Student Behavioural Management Policy. Consequences may include removal from games or teams and further action in line with the school’s internal regulations

Game Day Complaints
Please DO NOT submit complaints against the opposing team, players, or coaching staff directly to the sporting centre or other schools without first consulting the Teacher in Charge (TIC) and/or Sports Department. There is a formal procedure for addressing such issues, and it must go through the school.
Exceptions: In netball, if the opposing team or umpire is not adhering to fair play rules, you may request a member from the control centre to observe the game in progress. This is typically made at the coach or manager request. If you have to report a game please e-mail details to the sports dept for their information.
Compliments: We always appreciate positive feedback. If one of our teams, staff members, or individual players has made a great impression, demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, or represented the school with excellence, we would love to hear from you.
