You can set up automatic payments for Sport by paying weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

The Sports Department reserves the right to decline payment for sports fees via Automatic Payment for parents who have not previously adhered to compliance requirements.

Refund Policy

Students will not be permitted to be placed in a team unless they have registered or paid their deposit & started making AP payments first.

Please note the following policy regarding team selection and fee reimbursement for school sports:

If a student is unable to be placed in a team due to insufficient numbers to form a complete side, a full refund of their fees will be provided, (minus any % card fees they have paid directly at time of registering).

However, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If a student does not make their preferred team in their chosen sport (code),

• If a student decides to withdraw after registering.

Once teams have been finalised, any student withdrawal can significantly impact the balance of the team, often requiring player reshuffles and creating substantial administrative work both within the school and at the association level.

Please be aware that once teams are confirmed, associated costs—such as payments made to sporting bodies, Teacher-in-Charge (TIC) fees, credit card fees, and Sporty registration charges—may already have been committed. As such, the school is unable to provide refunds. Full payment will remain due, with only very limited exceptions at the school’s discretion.
