Today, we farewelled our Year 13 cohort. Their final assembly was followed by our traditional 'tunnel of love' with the younger students. After this, a group of senior boys performed our first official school Haka (more about this will be posted later). The Year 13's then danced their final dance - a long-standing tradition that has developed over the years. Tonight will be their formal graduation dinner and class farewells.
We are very proud of our Year 13 Leavers and pray for God's peace and guidance as they study for their upcoming exams.

An article by KingsWay SchoolOn Wednesday the 25th of October we held a certificate ceremony for our international students. 47 students from Years 1-13 attended, supported by family, teachers, agents and homestay parents. It was a wonderful celebration followed by an afternoon tea.
Highlights of the ceremony were the two items performed by our own international students. Lisa Hu and Angelina Zhu sang a beautiful worship song in Chinese, and Victor Wang amazed us with a solo performance on his erhu (a Chinese two-stringed bowed musical instrument). Our International Student Ambassadors, Lisa Hu, Shiloh Kim, Estelle Kim, Rachel Jeong, and Elizabeth-Jin Pearce, were awarded trophies by our Executive Principal Graeme Budler, and the finale of the ceremony was the presentation of certificates to our Year 13 leavers, Lisa Hu, Daniel Kim, Estelle Kim, Shiloh Kim, and Wenze Zhang. These five students are leaving us at the end of the year, and we pray God’s blessings on them for their future adventures.
Thank you to everyone that attended and all those who have supported our international students this year. ... See MoreSee Less
