Tournament Teams

Each year our Senior 1 teams head off to the NZ Schools Tournament Week. Schools throughout NZ send their top teams to compete in numerous sports at various venues. It’s a week that provides more than sport for the teams that compete.  There are fun times and hard times, the students learn a lot about themselves and how they compete under pressure.  For many students it is the highlight of their school career.

All players must have a school tracksuit, or the new school jacket and plain navy tracksuit trousers. These are on sale in the school uniform shop or you may borrow one. Players will wear these when travelling to and from the venues.

Please make sure you have updated the school health centre with full medical information pertaining to your child. This information will be used for Tournament. Please include any food allergies. e.g. Gluten Free. You must also let the TIC know of any food allergies upon registering for Tournament.

2023 Info: There is an option to purchase a navy blue hoodie, which has the student’s name printed on the back and the school logo and your team on the front. This is optional. These must be ordered via the sports dept. by a date to be advised closer to the time. No single orders can be taken after this date.
