Please understand that invariable we find that there are a number of students who want to play the same position. e.g 9 x WA’s for two positions. In these circumstances the selectors will look at the best choice of where to place students in positions to make up complete teams. For example we will not place 5 shooters in one team and none in another. .
Please note that your name will not be displayed if you have not registered or paid for netball this year. We will issue netball dresses when payment is made. 🙂

Senior 1 Netball are looking to attend the UNISS netball tournament in the first week of September, The cost per student is likely be between $500 – $650. This is a privilege and not a right. All senior 1 players are expected to attend however the school has the right to withdraw a team or players at any point.
Well done to all who have trialed. You have made the selectors decision very hard this year. We have some fantastic players and I look forward to seeing what our KWS netball teams will achieve this season.
NOTE: If a student doesn’t make a side due to lack of numbers to make a complete team, their fees will be reimbursed, however, fees will not be reimbursed to students who don’t make their choice of team in their chosen code or who no longer want to play and who then choose to withdraw.
Once the teams are made up, if a child pulls out it can cause a lot of work administratively both at school and at association level and can upset a number of teams where players have to be moved about to reshuffle teams. It can even mean a team has not got enough players to compete in the competition for the season.
Senior 1-6 teams will be published here after 4.30pm on Friday 3rd March 2023
