KingsWay School Uniform Regulations
The KingsWay School uniform helps to bring a sense of belonging and mutual respect for members of our community. Our uniform is distinctive, setting our students apart and is expected to be worn to a high standard in keeping with uniform code regulations. When students are in school uniform, school rules apply, and conduct should reflect our school values and special character.
Students can choose to wear combinations of uniform as stipulated by the uniform code. Non-uniform items are NOT accepted.

Term Time Open Hours
To visit our Uniform Shop you will need to book an appointment. This is to prevent too many people from crowding the shop at particular times in the day.
During the school Terms, you can book an appointment on:
- Mondays between 9am – 11am or
- Wednesdays between 8.00am – 12.00pm, and 12.45pm – 4.00pm.

Christmas Holiday Times/Days
The Uniform Shop will close on 4th December 2024.
It will reopen on 20th January and will be open strictly by appointment on 20th – 23rd and then 28th – 31st January. Each day, the times available for appointments will be from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
In February 2024, the Uniform Shop will resume its regular Term open times.

Using a secure online trading system, KingsWay School uniforms can be purchased online. Below are the uniform size measurements to help you choose the correct items.

To order uniforms online:
- Go to our Online Shop.
- Set up an account, or login (only one account is required for each family)
- Select and pay for the items you require.
NOTE: There is a “Pre-enrol” option in Kindo for families ordering uniforms for students who are not yet in a class i.e new to KingsWay.

Uniform Shop Collections for Online Orders
Years 1 – 6 online orders: Parents/Caregivers have the option, when paying online, to select to either collect the items from the Junior Campus reception OR to collect them from the Senior Campus, following the Senior Campus instructions below.
Years 7 – 13 online orders: Online uniform orders can be collected from the Uniform Shop at the Senior Campus (please note the Uniform Shop open times/days). No appointment is necessary for collections.
Alternatively, and on request, orders can be placed securely in the uniform lockers (located next to the Tuck Shop). Items can be collected from the lockers on any weekday between 8 am – 5 pm.

We do not sell second-hand uniforms at the Uniform Shop.
Many parents use the KingsWay Parent Connect Facebook group to sell/buy second-hand uniforms. The Parent Connect Facebook group is a private group for KingsWay School parents only. Parents will be asked to state what class their child is in before permission will be given to join.
Uniform Donations – Heavenly Threads
Within the Parent Connect Facebook group is a wonderful volunteer, Michelle Pearce, who runs Heavenly Threads. This is a ‘pay-it-forward’ concept where second-hand, good-quality uniforms are donated and then passed on for free to those in need (no questions asked).

If you would like to donate your child’s second-hand (good quality) uniform items to Heavenly Threads, please deliver these to the either the Senior or Junior campus receptions.
