Parent Concerns and Complaints Process
When dealing with complaints of a less serious nature, KingsWay School encourages our community to seek resolution at the lowest possible level. This means there is an expectation that individuals will make a genuine effort to discuss the concern directly with the people involved before escalating it further. In most cases, concerns can be addressed and resolved informally through open and respectful conversations.
