At KingsWay School, as part of the Wider Learning Initiative, we are running our very first Pitmasters Course. A programme that introduces and develops students’ skills in the art of the barbecue method of cooking.
As a lesson to demonstrate barbecued fish, Sanford and Sons Fishmonger donated lovely Gemfish fillets for our students, and we would like to honour them for their generosity. Recognizing their optimism in supporting the vision behind this course, designed to give our young people practical life skills.
