Parent Portal

KingsWay School’s online Parent Portal enables parents and caregivers to login and view live data of their child’s attendance, timetable, results, groups/teams, and most fees (paid and owed). Parents and caregivers can also view the school’s daily notices, calendar, and contact details and download PDF copies of their child’s reports.

When a child is enrolled at KingsWay School, the parents/caregivers are given access to the Parent Portal and a unique password. There will be a prompt to change this password on the first login. This must be done first in order to access the child’s details in the future.

The school will not know the new password that parents/caregivers create. Remembering this new password and the login details is important as they will be required regularly. If the password is forgotten, please request a password reset by emailing [email protected].

Switching Between Your Students – If you are a caregiver with multiple students at KingsWay School, you can easily switch between your children’s accounts without having to sign out. Look for the Switch Siblings icon, which allows you to quickly switch between the accounts for all your children.
NOTE: when changing siblings within the portal, a password is still required for the initial login.

Easy Access to KingsWay School’s Parent Portal

1. Use the KingsWay School App

• The ‘Parent Portal (Kamar)‘ icon on our school app links parents/caregivers to the login page for Kamar, providing easy access to their child’s details.
• The school app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Search for KingsWay School after downloading the App and once it’s been selected, your app will automatically open the KWS platform from now on.

2. Parent Portal on Our Website’s Main Menu

• On the top left of our website’s main menu, click on the ‘Parent Portal’ yellow box.

3. Use the Kamar School App

• Alternatively, a Kamar App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Updating Your Child’s Contact Details on Our Parent Portal

It is important that KingsWay School can contact you (parents/caregivers) in case of an emergency. Sometimes we try to ring parents and find the phone number is no longer current. Please make sure that you check this information on the Kamar Parent Portal and use the Edit Details tab to update any details that are incorrect. It is imperative that the details we hold for you and the students on file are correct. The school should be notified of any alterations in student details such as change of address, email, home or emergency phone numbers. We need the details for caregivers as well as at least one other person we can try if a caregiver is not available. To make these changes/updates, please either update the details using the Kamar Parent Portal, or email [email protected].
