Featuring Tiffani Wang – Year 13 Art Student

Tiffani Wang, a current Year 13 Art student, has produced an incredible piece of artwork as part of her final NCEA project. We asked Tiffani to explain her inspiration behind this composition:

The general theme of my work this year is the fragility of humanity and I am looking at a range of artists.

For this piece I researched extensively Michelangelo and created my own pencil composition inspired by his work, it has a focus on human anatomy. It references how although we do have control of our bodies we are still susceptible to being weak.

This is an inspiring piece of artwork. Well done Tiffani!
