On Wednesday, 23 September, we hosted a wonderful Gateway Breakfast, bringing together our students, whānau, and valued host employers to celebrate the many opportunities created through the Gateway Programme.

The Gateway programme (subject) provides selected Year 12 and 13 students with structured workplace learning opportunities that are integrated with their school learning, helping them gain real-world experience, explore career pathways, develop valuable workplace skills, and make informed decisions about their futures.

The morning was a chance to recognise and celebrate our students’ achievements, the meaningful workplace learning experiences they have embraced, and the incredible network of support behind the scenes that enable these opportunities.

A heartfelt thank you to our host employers, whānau, staff, and community partners for investing in our young people and helping them take confident steps towards their future careers. Together, we are creating pathways to success and opening doors for young people to flourish.
