Congratulations to Flanny Xue (Year 12) who over the weekend went to the 2026 North Island Table Tennis Teams Championships.

After some really close and competitive matches, Flanny’s team managed to secure 1st place in the Under 19 Girls category, beating Auckland in a very tight final! They also placed 4th in the A-Grade Open Women’s category.

Flanny says ‘It was such a great experience learning to play under pressure from both the crowd and players.’

Friends and family got to watch games as they were live-streamed on the TTNZ YouTube channel.
