Graeme has experience teaching a wide range of ages and stages of students, having taught primary, intermediate and senior levels. Before his time at KingsWay School, he taught in both the state and private education sectors for 10 years and briefly left education for three years to join Scripture Union as a full-time missional worker.
Graeme received a Higher Diploma in Education and a bachelor’s degree in South Africa. He later earned his master’s degree in educational leadership with Honours from Massey University in New Zealand. He continues to study part-time and recently obtained a Certificate in Theology from Carey Baptist College.
Graeme commenced his tenure at KingsWay in 2002 and has served as Head of Middle School, Deputy Principal, Associate Principal and Executive Principal for the past 10 years. He is passionate about Christian education and contributes to the broader education sector on the Association of Integrated Schools executive. His goal is to continue to improve on the school’s current achievements and strategic initiatives and progress the excellent reputation that the school enjoys nationally and internationally. Furthermore, he aims to ensure that the school remains Christ-centred and an inspirational, professionally stimulating learning environment that provides the best outcomes for students and their families.
Graeme plays an active role in his church and can be found most Saturday afternoons on the golf course trying to master the frustrating sport of golf.
