Head of School Welcome
Welcome to KingsWay Senior School
At KingsWay, we are passionate about building a Christ-centered community where students grow into confident, servant-hearted leaders. Our dedicated teachers and staff work to ensure every student flourishes—academically, socially, and spiritually.
We deliver the New Zealand Curriculum through a Biblical worldview, connecting faith with real-world learning. From Year 11, students begin engaging with an NCEA-style system to prepare for senior assessments. By Years 12 and 13, they can achieve NCEA Levels 2 and 3 across a wide range of subjects. Our students consistently perform above national averages, supported by committed Pastoral Leads, Heads of Faculty, and a strong Pathways team.
Senior School is about more than academics. We value each student as a whole person, with small LifeLab classes and strong partnerships with parents and whānau. This enables us to focus on our core mission—discipling young people to represent Jesus to the world. Our restorative approach to discipline fosters responsibility, empathy, and a culture where every student is valued.
Servant leadership is central to our vision. Senior students lead and serve through Councils, act as International Ambassadors, coach and mentor in sport and the arts, and participate in local and global mission opportunities—developing skills in faith, service, culture, and creativity. Senior School is a dynamic and inspiring environment for learning.
We look forward to welcoming your son or daughter and helping them discover their God-given potential.
