Last week, the Heads and Deputy Head prefects hosted a BBQ for our Year 10 and 11 students—a small but meaningful way to celebrate their hard work and foster connections as we approach the end of the term.
For our Year 10 students, this event was a chance to acknowledge their completion of co-requisites and help them bridge the gap between Junior Secondary and Senior School. For our Year 11s, it was an opportunity to welcome them into the Senior School community and strengthen the bonds between year groups. We wanted to create a space where students could relax, connect, and feel supported as we head into the final push of the term.
It was great to see everyone come together, enjoy a free sausage, and take a well-deserved break from their studies. The BBQ was a success, and we’re proud of the effort and enthusiasm our students brought to the event.
